Apartment with Brick Wall Charm

Once an old bank commercial space, this remarkable transformation turned a three-floor, 18,000 square feet per floor brick building into inviting residential spaces. The challenge was to convert two floors while preserving the existing structure, including staircases. Our client envisioned a lively yet soothing atmosphere, favoring colorful yet muted tones with prominent wood features. 

We carefully incorporated colorful yet muted tones, giving a contemporary feel to the original brick accent wall design. Warm wood elements added inviting touches, turning this modern design into a harmonious blend of contemporary style and the rich history embedded in the building’s structure.

The result is a charming interior that beautifully blends various hues with the original brick walls, complemented by warm wood elements.
